Adjudicator to HM Land Registry
Our website will help people who have a land registry dispute or who specialise in land registration issues.
Where disputed applications arise at the Land Registry, they are referred to the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry to resolve. The Adjudicator is an independent judge appointed for this purpose. He also has the power to rectify documents.
In the future, the Adjudicator will also determine appeals against decisions of the Land Registry concerning Network Access Agreements.
